come to mama!

I know, I'm lame.
Starting a blog and never post anything.

Sorry, life is trying its best to keep me busy and damn, it's doing a hell of a job!

Anyway, last Sunday I bid on these precious babies from KB by Kurt Geiger on ebay.

I kind of wanted to win the auction, yet my sanity told me not to - you knoww, the money.
Fact is, I won...-

and I'm happy about it!

(also because the price is more than fair, woooo)

back from BCN

I've actually been back since thursday night but after the 5 days we spent in Spain I was in desperate need of a time off.

Barcelona must be my favorite city I've visited so far.

It's full with old, magnificent buildings, rich of culture, great clubs and bars- and last but not least, there's the port and the beach.

The only way to get to see as much of Barcelona as possible was to get up early and stay up late,
strolling through the streets and alleys and doing some shopping during the day, going out excessively at night.
We slept for just about 2-3 hours every night, so all I did this weekend so far was catching up on needed sleep and doing laundry.

Nonetheless,
I'm in love.

5 days definitely went by too fast and I could have stayed at least another 5.

Also regarding to all the amazing people I met there.

But I'll definitely be back soon :)

I wanna go back, NOW

divine

how can one not be amazed by these beautiful tunes and breath-taking pictures?

h&m spring collection 2010

Haven't hit an h&m store lately but I visited their online shop a few times and wow, I was certainly surprised how awful the spring 10 Collection is.

Yes I must admit that I usually dig the fall and winter collections way more due to the colors and fabrics but what I've seen online so far totally took the cake (in a bad way).

Lots of jersey, bright, eye-hurting colors, cheap-looking fabrics and the same silhouettes as always.

(Well, to the last point. I used to work at h&m for a year so I got used to that.)

They also tried to use pastel colors in some pieces but literally dragged them in the mud. The shades are way too dark, which makes the colors look dirty.

Please note I'm only talking about the online shop. As soon as I'll hit an h&m store the next time, I'll share my experience with you.

On the other hand though, I should be glad if I don't like the new collection.
Big money saver for poor students like me who usually shop at the usual suspects ergo Zara, h&m, AA, Topshop etc...

Then again, I seriously have a thing for the new Acne collection. Way outta my money league, though!

Should consider doing the quality not quantity thing...

Tough life!

___________________________________________________

blank

not a jester, not a clown,
can't always jolly one along,
don't wanna constantly keep up the good mood
neither do I wanna be considered as a motivator.
I cannot crawl into brains and tell these little sourpusses up there to get the fuck out.
I'm a friend and what I can offer is a helping hand and an open ear,
but if one'
s not responsive and influences my mood with ones constant whining,

I back out.
